Being a teacher is not just by profession  but you have to be selfless sometimes to prioritize first the welfare of your students before your own will.

A teacher in Negros Occidental was lauded online for the lengths she'd go to just to get to school.
The Don Salvador Benedicto Negros Occidental Facebook page posted a photo of the teacher crossing a river via "paragos," a sled pulled by a carabao.
In the photo, the teacher could be seen in her uniform, clutching her shoes as she crouched atop the sled.
A report on GMA News' Unang Balita on Thursday said that it was the only way to get to the remote school which she works in.
Netizens saluted the teacher for her dedication.
