The famous fitness blogger named Tiffany Brien shared her "Bad Day" photo in order to help other readers in facing problem like her body. The picture below shows her bloated stomach and the after photo looking her so flat, the most amazing is that photo was taken with 12 hours gap. How could this happen in just a very short period of time?..

Tiffany Brien said:

“We are not all what we seem on social media. I thought I would share a bad day with you to show you nobody is ‘perfect’ and it is ok to have an off day where your body just decides to not play ball. Don’t worry girls, it happens to the best of us.”

Tiffany said that she was blaming her bloated belly on a lack of sleep, stress, hormones and food intolerances. She also mentioned that she had been struggling with this problem for years. So, after a lot of research, she found that it was normally triggered by eating certain foods and activities that cause her stress. But, on this certain occasion, she wasn’t totally sure of what had caused her stomach to bloat.

Tiffany Brien said:

” I have gone over everything I ate and I was relatively clean so it could be something I think is healthy that my body doesn’t like it. You should know that sometimes your body becomes intolerant to something you’ve always eaten. You just have to work it out.”

Besides hormones and lack of sleep, she also mentioned that stress also affected her negatively. Yes, stress – the killer. Tiffany said that she has a busy and stressful job which pushes her every day. But, she loves her job and wouldn’t change it for the world but she has to “get” a de-stress time to help her unwind and allow her insides to untwist after a tough day at the office. She says that she always eats healthy, but says it could be anything that triggers the bloat. Note: yoga, walks with the dog or just putting your feet up and watching TV will do the trick.

Tiffany Brien also said:

“I am in no way perfect. We all have our areas of weakness. I know what I am doing wrong and I know how to fix it but it is actually implementing it into your lifestyle that’s the tough bit. I am trying extremely hard to sleep more, relax more and eat right (not less, just right) and I am definitely seeing improvement and will share tips and photos as I go.”

Tiffany’s tips to treat bloated stomach:

  • You should sleep more!
  • Write a food dairy and reflect where and when you bloat.
  • Look into gut health supplements – multivitamins and probiotics.
  • Drink peppermint tea to soothe your stomach.
  • Don’t exercise too much! It won’t help you with bloating, but it will make it worse!
  • Try to relax more and be happy! Everything is going to be all right!
