Food poisoning can happen to everyone especially when not properly observed the services done in any food chain. Here we discuss the few causes of food poisoning and the alternative way to cure it soon.

Most food poisoning is caused by bacteria, viruses, and parasites rather than toxic substances in the food. But, some cases of food poisoning can be linked to either natural toxins or chemical toxins.

Bacteria and viruses are the most common cause of food poisoning. The symptoms and severity of food poisoning vary, depending on which bacteria or virus has contaminated the food.

Parasites are organisms that derive nourishment and protection from other living organisms known as hosts. In the United States, the most common foodborne parasites are protozoa, roundworms, and tapeworms.

Diallyl disulfide- one of the main ingredients found in garlic protects the body from food poisoning forming a protective layer, and its even better than most of the medicines used for food poisoning, which has been shown by the results from the research in Washington Institute. The Diallyl disulfide is a 100 times stronger than the antibiotics used for food poisoning. Diallyl disulfide forms a protective layer around the stomach, which is very hard for the bacteria’s to destroy.

Campylobacter is one of the most common bacteria that causes food poisoning, and the symptoms are diarrhea, stomach cramps, and increased body temperature.
Coriander- for preventing food poisoning.
Coriander has shown to be very successful in fighting against food poisoning.  Chicken and red meat (especially minced meat), can contain compylobacter, from which you can get sick especially if the food is not cooked enough. You can add the seeds from coriander in meals when making burgers or chicken.
