½  baking soda
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 glass water
Preparation:

In a glass of water, mix the remaining ingredients. Drink the juice before eating breakfast. 



Baking soda with grapefruit and lemon juice.

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon baking soda
½ glass water
1 lemon or grapefruit
Preparation:

In a glass pour the water, add the baking soda and then add the lemon juice or grapefruit juice. Stir until you get homogenous mixture.

Baking soda and fruits

Ingredients:

2 lemons
1 cup strawberries
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
2 cups water
Preparation:

In a glass put all ingredients and stir.  It is advised to at least drink this twice a day. 

For best results of losing weight, you should avoid sugar, processed food and flour. Also, drinking plenty of water helps too.
